Co-Owner, President
Phil Richardson is the Owner and President of Richardson Construction Group, bringing over 18 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. As a hands-on leader and seasoned project manager, Phil is actively involved in every phase of each project—from initial planning and budgeting to on-site coordination and final delivery.
Phil’s deep industry knowledge, paired with his commitment to excellence, has earned him the trust of clients, subcontractors, and team members alike. Under his leadership, Richardson Construction Group continues to grow while staying true to the personal, dependable service that defines the company.
Stacey Richardson
Co-Owner, Finance
Stacey Richardson is the co-owner of Richardson Construction Group, where she oversees payroll, financial management, and administrative operations. With a strong background in finance and business administration, she brings valuable expertise that helps ensure the company’s financial stability and operational efficiency.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Stacey is also a dedicated mother to the couple’s four young children. She balances the demands of running a growing business with raising a family, embodying the core values of commitment, organization, and care that define the company.
